LIGHTHOUSE

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12th January 2026

Welcome to LIGHTHOUSE. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of LIGHTHOUSE's website and AI-driven customer success services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LIGHTHOUSE, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Service Description: The AI Intervention Layer

LIGHTHOUSE provides an event-driven customer success platform that uses AI (specifically our "LightKeeper" agent) to analyze customer behavior and trigger UI interventions. These interventions include, but are not limited to, Toasts, Spotlights, Banners, and automated playbooks.

3. User Responsibility & Playbooks

3.1 Playbook Content

You are solely responsible for the content, messaging, and logic of the playbooks you activate. While LIGHTHOUSE provides AI suggestions, the final decision to trigger an intervention rests with you.

3.2 Ghost Mode

LIGHTHOUSE offers a "Ghost Mode" for simulating interventions. You understand that Ghost Mode is for internal testing only and should not be used to represent final production behavior to end-customers.

4. Data Usage & Integration

4.1 Event-Driven Model

LIGHTHOUSE operates by receiving events from your application via our SDK/Pixel. You represent that you have the legal right to collect and share these events from your end-users.

4.2 No Database Access

You acknowledge that LIGHTHOUSE does not require, and you should not provide, direct access to your production databases. All data sync should occur via our verified integration endpoints.

5. Fees and Payment

LIGHTHOUSE is a subscription-based service. Fees are based on the volume of events processed and the features active in your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LIGHTHOUSE be liable for any revenue loss, customer churn, or business disruption resulting from the execution of AI-triggered playbooks or analytics inaccuracies. Our AI acts as an autonomous agent, and the final business logic and customer experience are your responsibility.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if you use LIGHTHOUSE to send malicious, deceptive, or spammy interventions to your end-users.
